Integrated PCB Assembly + Testing
During our comprehensive review of the design files, our engineers ensure there is no discrepancy between Gerber, BOM and netlist data to reduce the opportunity for costly failures or missteps in PCBA new product integration (NPI). We also provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review to drive costs down while improving quality, and RF design and engineering to help bridge the gap between idea and manufacturing.
Box Build Manufacturing Process
When manufacturing integrated box builds, we manufacture all sub-assemblies to spec before fitting them into the final enclosure, or housing, along with any cables, din rails or additional parts. All box builds are submitted to the same level of quality control and in-house testing as our PCB assemblies, ensuring high functioning, sophisticated systems.
Obsolescence/EOL Redesign
We have the tools and expertise to help step over hurdles in EOL components and modules. Our team uses carrier boards, new component level designs and redesigns existing boards to remove EOL components.
