1. Materials

To get started, upload the following materials through our Request for Quote form:

• BOM (Bill of Materials)
• Gerber files
• Assembly drawings

2. Quote Package

Our team of in-house engineers will review the CAD, BOM and Gerber files to prepare a quote for your project specs. Our team may follow up to verify or clarify information to ensure we provide an accurate quote package specific to your needs. Quote packages will include:

• Cost
• Project timeline
• Delivery date

Quote packages are typically provided within 1 – 2 weeks. Expedited project delivery dates are available by request.

3. Development + Fabrication

Once you confirm the order, the development process begins. We fabricate your design in our on-site facilities following our ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System (QMS) and streamline the procurement process through our international sourcing office. Your dedicated account manager will provide status updates throughout the development and fabrication process.

4. Testing

Our engineers conduct in-house functional testing to ensure all boards are operating as designed.

5. Delivery

Your custom printed circuit boards are delivered on time and to specifications. We offer expedited shipping worldwide, in addition to local pick up and personal delivery within a 200-mile radius of Houston, Texas. Post-build project reports are also available.
