Our investment in our factory and people is core to our business. Alert Tech SMT, launched in 2020, has brought some of the most talented EMS experts in Houston into the company. From our Operations Manager James Keeland to Purchasing Manager Dorothy Chapa, we have the experience to make your projects a success. In addition to our leadership team, we have a diverse production staff with over 100 years combined experience on production floors carrying out precise and specialized high-reliability units for top-tier CMs.
When Alert Tech SMT moved into the EMS and CM space, we decided that our equipment would be new and top of the line. Our factory is supported by Fuji Aimex III, BTU reflow, DEK printing, Takaya flying probe and Pillarhouse Selective Wave.
Our experience manufacturing in China has brought us close relationships in mainland China, namely Mary Yang, who runs our sourcing office in Shenzhen’s Bao’an District. With her impeccable attention to detail and ability to quickly and competently source and confirm component parts, sub-assemblies, high-resolution functional prototype enclosures, and injection molding tools and parts, we have a powerful reach to solve problems.
